Twinlea – Terms & Conditions
1. General Considerations and Scope
Twinlea operates as an online fashion brand in Sri Lanka, offering women’s apparel through its official online platforms. These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases, contracts, and business relationships entered into between Twinlea and its customers.
Our offerings are directed exclusively at end consumers of legal age. Products are sold in normal household quantities only.
By placing an order with Twinlea, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Any other terms proposed by customers shall not apply unless expressly accepted by Twinlea in writing.
Where timelines are stated in working days, they refer to weekdays excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays in Sri Lanka.
2. Use of the Twinlea Website
When registering or placing an order, you may be required to provide personal information. You are responsible for ensuring that all information submitted is accurate, complete, and up to date.
Upon successful registration (if applicable), confirmation details may be sent via email. Any login credentials provided must be kept confidential, and you are responsible for all activities carried out under your account.
Customers may access order details, update personal information, and manage communications through the website where applicable.
3. Prices and Payment
- All prices listed on the product pages are the prices applicable at the time of placing the order.
- Prices are displayed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise.
- The final payable amount is shown clearly at checkout.
Accepted Payment Methods
Twinlea accepts:
- Cash on Delivery (COD) (within Sri Lanka)
- Bank transfers
- Online card payments (Visa / MasterCard)
Payments are processed upon order confirmation.
4. Vouchers, Discount Codes & Promotions
- Vouchers and discount codes are valid only for the specified period or a maximum of one (1) year from issuance, unless stated otherwise.
- Vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Only one voucher or discount code may be used per order.
- Vouchers cannot be applied to shipping fees.
- Discount codes cannot be combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated.
5. Delivery
- Orders are delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring availability to receive deliveries during normal courier operating hours.
- Estimated delivery timelines will be communicated at the time of order placement and may vary depending on product availability and location.
Twinlea does not assume responsibility for delays caused by external factors such as courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

7. Data Protection & Security
All personal information provided to Twinlea is handled confidentially and in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
We use secure systems and trusted payment gateways with appropriate encryption to protect customer data during online transactions.
8. Image & Content Rights
All images, designs, text, logos, and visual content displayed on Twinlea platforms are the exclusive property of Twinlea.
Any reproduction, copying, distribution, or commercial use of Twinlea content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
9. Delivery & Returns
Local Orders (Sri Lanka)
- Orders are typically delivered within 4–6 working days.
- For orders containing multiple items with different delivery timelines, the longest delivery timeline applies.
Returns & Exchanges
- Items may be returned within 14 days of receipt, subject to inspection and approval.
- Returned items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and include original tags and packaging.
- Refunds are issued as store credits, which do not expire and can be used for future online purchases.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
If a manufacturing defect is identified, Twinlea will process the return after inspection.
Return requests may be cancelled if:
- Courier pickup attempts fail multiple times, or
- The customer does not dispatch the return within 14 days of initiating the request.
Twinlea will arrange one reverse pickup per order. Any additional return courier charges must be borne by the customer.
10. International Orders
Orders delivered outside Sri Lanka are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Twinlea is not responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges imposed by the destination country.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka.
