Twinlea – Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Twinlea, we want you to shop with confidence. Please read our return and exchange policy carefully before initiating a return.
Option 01: Return via Courier
Please arrange the return package according to the instructions below.
Ensure the parcel is properly sealed to avoid any damage to the garment during transit.
Kindly include the following details inside the package:

Return & Exchange Process
- Once the returned item is received and passes our quality inspection, the paid amount will be credited as store credits within 7 working days.
- If you have requested an exchange, the replacement item will be dispatched once the return is approved.
Important Notes
- Exchanges are allowed online only. If you are unable to arrange a return yourself, please contact us via WhatsApp for assistance.
- Store credits do not have an expiry date and can be used only for online purchases.
- If the item is returned via our courier partner, a return courier charge of Rs. 300–400 may apply and must be paid to the courier at the time of pickup.
- You may also send the parcel using your own courier service. However, Twinlea cannot take responsibility for packages sent independently.
- If the returned item fails the quality inspection or is not in resalable condition, it will be sent back to the customer.
- Sale or discounted items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- The full return/exchange process may take 7–14 working days.

Items purchased through this website and delivered outside Sri Lanka are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
